Is your dental handpiece or micro motor of an older make?
You may want to check in with us if spare parts for your instrument are still available. Some companies discontinue support for replacement parts of older models. In some cases older can mean just a couple of years.
Fill out the product check form so we can avoid unnecesary shipping costs. When we receive your email, we can check our stock and, if needed, contact OEM dealers about the availability of replacement parts.
Prepare your shipment
Use a sturdy shipping box or container and cushion the items properly. Make sure you use enough cushioning material that the items do not move when you shake the container. Wrap each item separately. This will protect them from shock and vibration as well as rubbing against each other. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage made during shipment.
We don't recommend shipping in paper or bubble envelopes as they can be easily damaged!
